Sierra has confirmed that Third Law has finished work on Aliens Versus Predator 2: Primal Hunt, and, as first noted by Gone Gold, the expansion is set to ship next week, on August 13. Primal Hunt is actually a prequel to the events of last year's first-person shooter, and just like that game, it will let players undertake three unique campaigns as a human, a predator, and an alien, respectively. Primal Hunt is roughly half the size of Aliens Versus Predator 2 in terms of gameplay length, as it will have nine missions compared with the previous game's 21.
