Players still on the free-to-play action title Mechwarrior Online can look forward to getting more experience points than usual this weekend, according to Piranha Games.
Starting from January 18 at 1 p.m. Eastern time until January 21 at 1 p.m. Eastern time, players will be able to earn double XP during online matches against one another. The XP boosts will also stack with other boosts for players with premium accounts.
In addition, developer Piranha Games just released a new spider mech that's available on the in-game online store for purchase. The new mech is the game's most agile and maneuverable among all of the light mech classes in the game.
