Santa Monica, CA — Oct. 11, 2006 — Activision Inc., (Nasdaq: ATVI) today announced that artwork created by 26 members of the Tony Hawk's American SK8Land online community will be included in forthcoming Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam for Nintendo DS video game. Selected from among more than 66,000 pieces of logo and skateboard deck artwork submitted via the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, the winning images will be included in Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam as design options along with artwork created by developer Vicarious Visions.

Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam for DS will employ a next-generation art editor with exciting new features, including the ability to create art for the look of a player's skate. For the first time gamers will have full control over the design of their skater's clothing. Players will also have the ability to share outfits with other community members over the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.
